Adam Low

Adam Low, CEO

Adam joined SENTA partners on May 6, 2019 as its Chief Executive Officer. In this role, Adam is responsible for the overall success of the organization. As CEO Adam is responsible for leading the development and execution of a long-term vision and business strategy with the goal of increasing shareholder equity value.  Adam also works with Shore Capital Partners and the Board of Directors to implement strategy and vision for SENTA. Prior to joining SENTA Adam was an Executive with Athletico Physical Therapy based in Oak Brook, IL. At Athletico Adam reported directly to the CEO with P&L responsibility over the entire enterprise. Additionally, Adam was part of the Executive team that developed and executed planning, strategy and operational growth initiatives for a $100M EBITDA business across the enterprise of more than 525 locations in 12 states. During his tenure, Athletico grew from 60 clinics to over 525 in 12 states, to over 5,000 employees, including 2,000 clinicians.

As part of the Executive team at Athletico, Adam led through two successful exits to private equity, as well as double digit strategic acquisitions and the successful integration of those businesses, as well as the largest purchase and integration in the PT space. Adam has lead multiple business segments; strategic partnerships, business development, De Novos, sales, marketing, legal, compliance, HR, revenue cycle, managed care, industrial services/workers compensation and data analytics/clinical outcomes. Prior to being promoted to Chief Revenue Officer in May of 2016, Adam served as Executive VP of Operations and Director of Managed Care

Adam graduated from The George Washington University in Washington DC with a B.S. in Business Administration. In his free time Adam enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his children’s sports teams, and also enjoys running marathons, travel and golf.

Jason Croley

Jason Croley, CFO

Jason joined SENTA Partners in July 2019 as its Chief Financial Officer.  In this role, Jason is responsible for all accounting and finance functions within the organization, including revenue cycle management and the integration of new add-on affiliation opportunities.  Jason also works with the management team and physician partners to identify operational improvements and initiatives focused on building SENTA Partners into a leading ENT & Allergy platform.

Prior to joining SENTA, Jason was the CFO of STX Healthcare, a top-20 dental support organization with 43 dental offices across Alabama and Texas.  During his time with STX, Jason was instrumental in implementing revenue cycle improvements that led to a significant increase in shareholder equity value.  As part of the executive team at STX, Jason led the company to a successful exit with a sale to a Fortune 500 company, Guardian Life Insurance Company.

Prior to STX, Jason was Director of Finance with Associated Hygienic Products, a consumer products manufacturing company based in Duluth, Georgia.  As part of the leadership team at AHP, Jason was instrumental in the growth of the company through organic growth and acquisition, as well as playing an integral part in the successful exit to Domtar, a Fortune 500 company focused on pulp, paper, and consumer products.  Jason began his career with a national accounting firm, and has worked at various companies within the airline, software, engineering consulting, and document storage and data protection industries.

Jason is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from Troy University in Troy, Alabama, with a MBA and a B.S. in Accounting.  In his free time, Jason enjoys traveling with his family, reading, and watching college football.

John Bennett

John Bennett, VP of M&A and Corporate Development

John joined SENTA Partners as VP of M&A and Corporate Development shortly after Shore Capital’s investment. In this role, he leads the company’s add-on affiliation efforts, including sourcing, evaluating and executing new add-on affiliation opportunities. John also works with the management team and physician partners to develop and implement initiatives focused on building SENTA Partners into a leading ENT & Allergy platform.

Prior to joining SENTA Partners, John led M&A efforts with Interior Logic Group, the nation’s largest installation services provider for flooring products. Before ILG, John was an investment professional with H.I.G. Capital in Boston, where he focused on executing acquisition-driven growth strategies across various industries, including HR software and consumer products.

John graduated with a M.S. and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida. In his free time, John enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and watching soccer.
